The COVID-19 pandemic has changed all aspects of life- not only health problems but also a person's behavior patterns, especially in terms family financial management. importance management will be the basis for determining that able to achieve prosperity and happiness been coveted before. How do spiritual intelligence, or quotients, personality, literacy affect management? This study aims determine person managing his finances. data used is online respondent from individuals who live Indonesia through MSME Communities other organizations. Data analyzed using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling). result obtained expected increase knowledge understanding so they can happiness.
